I would love to give a shout out to Mary Buckius. Mary has helped me plan several trips and I am fairly, well extremely, fussy about every aspect of travel. Never once did Mary make me feel anything but her top priority client. This last trip ended in the cancellation, much to everyone’s disappointed. Mary was an upbeat, true professional and kept us all informed every step of the way! I am grateful and would recommend Mary to help anyone with travel plans.

Sharon and team were wonderful to deal with from start to finish of our spring break 2020 cruise planning. They handled all of the reservation details including three other guests we were having join us in our cabins. Then when our cruise was canceled due to Covid, Sharon handled everyone’s refunds. Those refunds came within 45 to 60 days. However I noticed that there was still a balance due to me. When I contacted Sharon she immediately got on the phone with the cruise line and it was handled. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the care that she gave us especially during this crazy unprecedented Covid time. They were fantastic!

Mary Nelsen was wonderful to work with. She has helped us with many of our vacations, and most recently (last week) with our trip to Huatulco, MX with 2 other couples. Mary handled everything from start to finish. What is most impressive is how responsive she is to our questions and how she checks in with us before, during and after to make sure everything is perfect. I highly recommend Mary and GetAway if you want a stress-free travel experience.

Sharon Grant did a fabulous job for our large group’s Southern Caribbean cruise. She was considerate and friendly no matter how many times someone in our group called her with questions. When asked to make arrangements of any type such as transportation to and from the airport to the hotel and back, she was on it immediately and her communications were timely and frequent. For sure, my husband and I will use her services again! We’ve used other agencies and Sharon was most impressive by comparison.
