100% the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I worked retail for years as a manager and this was terrible customer service 101. John was rude when I called with an issue (after taking days to return the call at all) and then insisted that I a- didn’t know what I’d ordered, b-probably couldn’t tell the difference anyhow, and c-yelled at me and hung up the phone. After weeks of trying to fix it nothing was done until my husband called alerting him that we were insisting he fix it or we were going to pull credit card payment and sue. Magically everything was fixable two hours later. ud83dude44 when we finally went to pick up the missing pieces he was still rude about it and even then they weren’t really complete. I took them just to finally be done with them forever and ever. Buy furniture from one of the any other Amish brokers in Michigan.
From what I've heard and seen about this place dont buy from here. Furniture is known to break easily and there is no manufacturer warranty.
John sold me a beautiful leather recliner for $400 out the door! Its so comfy! This was my first time in the store huge selections My new furniture store!
John was extremely helpful in more ways than just picking out the perfect living room set. He was very patient and informative. I was impressed with the selection and how affordable it was. I will definitely be coming back for any and all furniture needed in the future, and highly recommend this establishment to all.
Outstanding Amish furniture. We've had some custom made furniture through here and it was really good with excellent craftsmanship that is difficult to find on mass produced furniture. I do a lot of woodworking and really appreciate the extra steps taken to make and assemble the furniture we bought.
