Takes forever to get a simple script filled.
The pharmacy techs and Indian pharmacist are the RUDEST and LAZIEST people I have ever encountered! Asking them to do their jobs must be such hard work. I love rite aid and this one is the only one in my town, but I will never be back. I’ll go to the Washington twp location before I ever step foot in that store again!
Hannah is the best employee of anywhere I have ever went but clearly at front desk was rude today. The sale signs of buy one get one free in the cosmetics should be bigger and detailed. I payed full price when I thought it was buy one get one free. I won’t be back in store to purchase only the pharmacy because of Hannah
I'm so glad the new employees are friendly. The new manager is a sweetheart, and she completely turned that place around. They took me right to the product I needed. It was on sale but they only had one, so they gave it to me for half price. I will be back, for sure.
