Rick was very helpful in assisting us in picking out the perfect lamp and chest of drawers. He arranged for delivery, which was accomplished on time by friendly, competent and efficient delivery persons. Couldn't be happier. Windsor Cottage has the highest standards of furniture quality of any consignment store I have ever been in. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable and their prices match the quality and uniqueness of each piece. I love to pop in from time to time because they have regular turn over of inventory. If you have the budget and desire to get a few show stopping pieces for your home or office, I would shop here first.

This is the best place in the city to find high end furnishings at much more reasonable prices. I wish I could live there. The owner and staff are unparalleled in service. Trust me, you'll fall in love with this store.
Called the store and introduced myself and my company, the person that answered the phone was extremely rude, said he couldn't talk and when I said could I call back later he flatly refused, this man answered the phone on 3/27/18 at about 4:40 pm. Not someone I would have working with customers, turning down potential opportunities for growth. If the owners are reading this please remove this individual from this spot asap.
