I went to the E Paris store and had a great experience. I was able to look around at my own pace. When I had questions, I was greeted by Gary Hernandez who helped me find everything I needed. I ended up purchasing a bedroom outfit as well as a sofa and will be back to look at a lift chair when it comes in from the warehouse. Gary was professional as well as a genuinely nice guy. All the employees I interacted with were very friendly.nThanks everyone for a great experience.

Seemed like a good selection, prices were in line. Odd though we spent about an hour looking around and not one sales person offered help. No big deal, we know how to ask if we need help. Actually no pressure is a good thing. I have to also say there was a vast selection of choices.great looking showrooms.

I worked with Leslie. She is wonderful to work with. I wanted a specific chair. She went over and above to try and find this unique chair. We found the chair and she even contacted by me via phone and text to keep me updated. Really a great experience. I have already been back to buy more from her.

We enjoyed working with Leslie Behrendt. She helped us choose fabric for our new Smith Brothers chair and ottoman which are on order. She also assisted us in the purchase of two Smith Brothers power recliners in the past. We ended up with a squeak in one of the recliners and they promptly sent out a very well-qualified repair person who fixed it.nnHighly recommend - both sales and service are excellent!

I find the employees at Tasma to be helpful without hovering and being annoying. Worked with Genevieve at the EastParis location and she was great!
