Working with Chase on our insurance has been such a pleasure. We recently switched from another agent and carrier, and the difference is night and day. He has explained everything so well, which was extremely helpful. I feel much more confident making insurance decisions with the information he has given us, and he answered all our questions very thoroughly. He is very personable and professional. We have been with Farmer's Insurance for about 2 years and within that time we have unfortunately had to file a claim due to a huge wind storm that took out a lot of things on our property. Working with Chase Minhondo and Sandra Gregory has been a painless experience. They are fantastic, fast service and very informative. We have not been disappointed with them at all. We would definitely recommend Chase as an agent.

Chase is awesome to work with! He is very knowledgeable and explains everything so it’s easy to understand. He is up to date on the insurance industry and helps us stay informed about areas where we can save money on premiums. Chase is quick to respond whenever we need to make adjustments to our policy or have questions. Our home sustained wind damage to the roof during the recent storm. The damage was significant to warrant us filing a claim with Farmers. Our agent was very helpful and filed a claim for us as soon as we requested it. To our surprise, the insurance adjuster came the next day and a week later a check was in the mail to cover the claim. I was very impressed with Farmers customer service and our agent’s follow through.
