Forest Hills Foods Pharmacy

The staff is really nice and fast. I have NEVER had a problem here. They always have my prescriptions in stock and never have to wait extra.

The Manager is rude and disrespectful. I will never set foot in this store again.

I left this pharmacy years ago due to the fact they NEVER carried any of the meds I needed and I always had to wait at least a day to get it or just went somewhere else because I couldn’t wait on them to get it together. My doctor apparently wasn’t aware I switched so called in an eye drop to this pharmacy once again. They called me to tell me it was 219.00! Being that the prescription wasn’t supposed to be called in to THEM (I did not disclose that fact) I asked them if they could perhaps transfer the script over to the Lowell Meijer pharmacy. Lady was all “you have up call them and ask them to request it then we will “ so very helpful! So I called Lowell to tell them what this gal told me and she said that was ridiculous. Forest Hills most certainly could have just transferred it over. The gal at Lowell Meijer was just wonderful. She looked up the drops and told me their price which was 139.00 but she saw at walgreen it was only 58.00! So she herself offered to transfer the script there. That is what customer service is folks! I paid less than half of what FH told me and they were not helpful AT ALL helping me with price. Not everyone is a millionaire people! Just because I live in forest hills doesn’t mean I’m willing to pay over 200 for a darn eye drop. Had my doctor finally fix my chart to read “Lowell Meijer pharmacy” and threw out forest hills. ud83dudc4eud83cudffb
