We have used Cascade Rental for a number of years for varies events namely weddings & showers & never had a bad experience. Just this past weekend they did our granddaughters Graduation Open House. We had a big tent...with tall peaks...round tables ...white chairs ,,,bright pink table linens. It was perfect for our granddaughter who said it was just what she had hoped for. Many great comments by our guest. No negative complaints.nnThe men who set it all up did a great job were polite & made sure it was just where we wanted things. We were pleased with their service.nnWe also have used Cascade Rental for 2 of our granddaughters weddings & linens for my grandsons' wedding. Again wonderful service. Approximately 5-6 times a year I use them for events at our church.nSo in the 10 plus years we have used the we have never had a bad experience with Cascade Rental. They have always gone out of their way to make sure our orders were taken care of properly. Will continue to use them & I recommend them highly ....would give them more stars if I could.

Cascade Rental lost my business! I called to ask if we could get an extra table delivered. They had already been back once to deliver more chairs, and I had attempted to get in touch before they brought the chairs, but I could not. I apologized and said we would be willing to come and pick up one more table instead of them coming back for a 3rd time. I also asked how to get a hold of them after hours, since the chairs were delivered after hours. My request was returned with the woman raising her voice at me. She scolded me for not reading the rental agreement to find her name. She told me it wasn't her fault if I didn't look at it! She then proceeded to tell me that she had emailed me and I could have gone back and found it. And if we wanted another chair delivered, they would charge me an additional $50 rental fee for the 1 mile drive. I would advise you to go elsewhere if you are looking for a pleasant experience. Kentwood Rental will deliver to Cascade, and they have fantastic customer service. Not to mention that I spent half an hour trying to clean up the filthy chairs that were delivered for our event.
