Walked right in, was greeted right away. Less than 10 min I was pulling out with a U-haul. I did have a reservation, that probably helped.
I used this storage facility for about a year,nIt is very clean, the staff is friendly and courteous. I received a discount for being a Veteran, so they are Veteran friendly.nThey have both regular and climate controlled storage. I would recommend this place to my family.
Great staff but poor quality storage. Water found its way into my unit during winter 2020. I have a unit on the most out side row and there are parts of my unit (mainly at the bottom seem of the unit) that are exposed to the outside weather conditions. The only reason I bought a unit was the store the stuff I didn’t know what to do with. Now that my stuff has mold and water damage I REALLY don’t know what to do with it.
Very disappointing...going on almost 3 months of limited access to indoor storage. Paying premium price for indoor storage and can’t access after their office hours of Mon.-Fri. 9-6, Sat. 9-4, Sun. 9-2. Suppose to be able to access until 11pm daily, but because the security gate is broken...this isn’t possible. And yes, like other reviewers mention, 2 years ago severe flooding to indoor units damaged quite a bit of my stuff too. And 5 years ago...severe ice damages caused extended flooding to indoor units. Just know if you intend to do long term storage here, it will be rocky. Management changed about 2 years ago...so far no one has reached out to tenants with updates on when the gate(s) will be fixed.
