Went to Sleep N Sleep Tuesday and purchased a mammoth sectional and I wanted to say the service I received was great! Ryan was very informative and was not pushy. I was happy to spend $3500 on all the bells and whistles. They delivered the furniture that evening and even brought another piece just in case I decided to go smaller. You just don’t get that kind of service now a days anymore and i was happy I decided to go there. Best place to get your furniture hands-down. I have to also say the delivery team members were awesome and took great Pride in how they delivered it. Keep up the great work!n~ Tony Luke~

The sales people here are ABSOLUTE VULTURES. Like worse than any other furniture shop I have been to...they give u no privacy to browse and follow u the entire time. It is extremely awkward and uncomfortable. I couldn’t even have a conversation with the person I came with because they would chime in if I mentioned anything about a piece of furniture. I told the guy more than once that I would find him if I had questions...it still didn’t discourage him from continuing to follow us and join in our conversations. I decided to give it another chance and thought maybe I just got the worst sales guy ever...nnThis was my third visit here..and it wasn’t an isolated incident. They apparently have these have this new covid policy that totally contradicts everything we know about covid....they add a sales person to your party so they literally force u to have an additional person for your whole visit. So..while the rest of the world is trying to decrease crowds Seat n Sleep waste to add people to them....she also said that it was to make sure we are social distancing. Well there was like one other couple in the whole store I can surely manage to stay 6 feet from them. Plus The notion that we need to be babysat to ensure we we are being decent and prudent human beings is not a good message to send to customers.nnI won’t waste my time here again.

Excellent service. Rob treated us great and we purchased a new sectional. It's in their warehouse in the color we wanted so it will be available for pickup tomorrow.

I have just moved here from the Detroit area more than a year ago year,an have been in the industry for over 40 years ,this is one of the best companies I have worked at.Adam the owner cares about his customer an staff's safety more than anyone can ever believe.I would recommend anyone to work at this company
