Fantastic friendly staff and very caring. Very easy to navigate with COVID-19 and social distance.

Your business chose it's path with the handful of phones calls I had already placed asking for an explanation in regards to the $399 boot. You had numerous times to rectify the issue before threatening to send the bill to collections. Charging $400 for a $40 boot is the problem with healthcare today. You're the problem with healthcare.nnThe reason this review post exists is because you chose to not address the problem over the phone during the 3 times I called asking for an explanation.

I find hundreds of patients having to handle and touch the computer tablets when you first check in! They should be wiped down after each use. I told receptionist to please wipe it down no wipes were at her desk she had to get up go to a cupboard to get one. Then she only wiped the touch screen not the whole thing where you have to hold it.nThe receptionist next her her said “we wipe them down every morning “! Well then look at all the people who touch them all day long! Then she said use purell afterwards well too late if you touch something with germs and touch your face!!nWith so many viruses out there your company as a medical team should be more vigilant about germs!

Service is horrible at reception! Employees as well as Doctors we have seen here are uncaring, and for the amount of money they make off of their patients the care we received was awful!!!! Would not recommend this place to anyone!
