I've had nothing but great service here. They have always been very friendly and helpful. Lines are usually short or nonexistant too. We also did our passports here. They walked us through the whole process.

Don't try the 800 number, you will not get through to a real person. On two occasions I've been given a wait time of 30-50 minutes. There is an option to leave your phone number, which I did. No one called back.nnThey should list their local phone number, the 800 number is worthless.
