Heat'n Sweep has a small, local, family oriented feel from the moment you walk in their door to the moment the installers walk out your door. Installation was quick and clean, and the installers were very proficient and knowledgeable. All of the staff were upfront about the known and unknown factors involved in the process, and no promises were made until they came out to visit and inspect my home, which I appreciate. It speaks confidence and credibility to their ability to deliver on the solution I purchased.
