My boyfriend and I visited the store for the first time and had a terrible experience so we decided not to purchase a bed that day even though we loved them. We believe in second chances so we went back a few days later and Lindsay helped us out. Needless to say, we bought a bed. Lindsay did a phenomenal job explaining everything sleep number had to offer. She was never pushy. Answered all of our questioned professionally.
Wow! Go see Lindsay and Brian in Eastwood Town center! We WILL totally BE BUYING a sleep number bed! Not sure why we ever settled for anything less. Thanks you guys for an amazing experience!
The sales person was very polite and knowledgeable.nThe store was neat and clean.nBUT! we were not informed that our quote would only be effectivenuntil Sept. 29.. We went back to the store Oct. 2 to complete our purchase only to find out we LOST $300.00 in discounts.nNOT FAIR!!
Great customer service made sure my daughter had something to keep her occupied while we were learning about the bed.
The woman that helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable. She matched me up with a pillow that fit my needs. The pillow was a little pricey but you can't put a pricetag on a good night's sleep!
