This Job company have been the worst job I ever worked for. Installing lights were kind of easy but you will be in the air 18ft without an harness on. Some Formers and Managers are very unprofessional & rude.
They are not very good at calling people back. Their HR department really really sucks.
Great place to work. A lot of caring, hard working employees that consider each other family. Many fringe benefits including competitive salary, good benefits and generous profit sharing. You are asked to work safe and work hard but rewarded for your efforts. Employees get what they give which is fair and rare in today’s market. If you have the opportunity to work here, take advantage of it.
I enjoyed working at this company. It was fun and I was really good at it. But they work you many many hours, and when I asked for time off I was told no several times till I just took off without asking which then resulted in them trying to write me up. They also hire anyone, even people with absolutely no electrical background, which results in lower numbers and delays on finishing stores and no time off. If they could figure out the kinks I think itd be a decent company.
