Sherrie is a wonderful agent! It's nice to have someone that knows the business really well. She truly cares about the well-being of her clients and works hard to make sure they have the best education when it comes to their insurance. I've never had an agent that cares about her clients like Sherrie does. I cannot wait to work with her for years to come!
I have had a rough couple of months with a few car accidents that I obviously wasn’t mentally prepared for. But I was financially prepared because Sherrie has always made sure I am taken care of and educated me on how to beat utilize my policy. Sherrie is easy to talk to and so helpful. She always calls me back promptly and has given me great advice when dealing with other people insurance companies. I highly recommend her and her team. I recommended my partner call her and she was so friendly and helped him lower his rates. Can’t recommend her and her team enough!
Sherrie is amazing! I have reached out to her a few times and she always answers or is super fast to respond and help me out with the situation. She went above and beyond to have someone come to my house and give an assessment when it was somewhat time sensitive and a couple other companies were not able to come. I highly recommend her!
Worst costumer service ever! I was originally with another office that was always magnificent. Due to fraudulent charges within that office I was unfortunately stuck with this office. They didn’t care about me or my policy. Even though I have a perfect driving record and am a great asset. Maybe they shouldn’t treat those isolated and innocent this way especially during a pandemic! Yes I’m an RN. Hope they feel good how they represent their company.
