Out of order service. Had to wait 5 minutes for my already bagged and ready prescription order in the drive thru window, because the employee stopped to help an inside customer. In the middle of helping me finish my transaction. I will not be getting my prescriptions there.

Used to be amazing but few months ago something changed. My favorite tech was gone, service got worse, they don't communicate issues just leave you without your meds. Go anywhere else.nnEdit 23SEP2020 - I did contact the line as requested by Rite-Aid, I am hopeful to see things get back to the way they were at this location. Will update my review in the future should I see improvements.nn10Feb2021 - Gotten a lot better here over the past couple months. Not the exceptional level of service that they used to offer but the people are friendly and my prescriptions are generally right again.

The entire staff at the Rite Aid pharmacy in Holt are absolutely awesome. They are always courteous and seem to enjoy their jobs. I live in Mason and am a former customer of Rite Aid in Mason. The pharmacy staff at the Mason location treated me multiple times like I was inconveniencing them when I needed a script filled. I changed all my prescriptions and my wife's to the Holt location and have been very satisfied. Keep up the good work!!

Shelves were well stocked and they just happened the have a 50% off some summer items! I stucked to my small shopping list, next time I'll shop a little longer looking through their deals!!
