I gave them 1 star because we were initially very pleased with the new roof/gutters. The price was reasonable, but due to Covid there was a delay in receiving materials. We paid in full on 9/1/20, and were told it would be 8-10 weeks before they would be able to start the project. Not once did we receive an update from them regarding our order. They finally began work on 12/7/20 and finished on 12/11/20. However, the gutter over our back door began leaking almost immediately. After many phone calls and promises to “get right out there” it’s been over 2 months and they have yet to do anything to fix it. The rain and ice has been so bad that it has rendered our screen door inoperable and we will have to replace it. I would NOT recommend them.
I am extremely satisfied with the job that they did On our metal roof. The roof turned out really well they were extremely knowledgeable and professional. We are extremely happy with this roofing company no Complaints
The crew cared for my property like it was theirs. Paid close attention to detail, using only quality materials. Clean up was exceptional. This is the best company I've worked with.
They did a AWESOME job on our roof, the guys are very nice, I will recommend them to other people.
Carl never returned my phone calls or texts and wouldn't give me his contractor license. Very unprofessional and a waste of time.
