Nope, nope, nope. Used them for a cruise. AFTER the cruise I already paid for was over and just a couple weeks before Christmas, they went into my bank account and withdrew money without contacting me first. Apparently, they made an error on the finance part of my trip and took the liberty of righting their error by helping themselves to my account. ALL THEY HAD TO DO WAS CALL ME. Plus, when I called to complain, I was told I gave permission for the withdrawal. I ABSOLUTELY DID NOT I told them; If they had talked to me first, I wouldn't even be calling them! So, I was told someone would call me back; needless to say nobody did. Lost my trust!!
