During my pregnancy, they failed to check their system on at least 3 occasions which caused lapses in my diabetes medication. Today they AGAIN failed to check their system until my arrival for my infant son's prescription until my arrival, and his medicine wont be available for 2 days.

This pharmacy must be magical because I call and they say my prescription is ready then when I go to pick it up they magically have no record of it. Given this location multiple chances because it's so close to where I live but were going to go elsewhere. They really need to get it together and be more trustworthy.

I go there often and not once have I ever had a problem. The staff was always kind to me. And if ever I did wait it was because I went through through drive thru and that's to be expected.

Called to transfer a prescription to Meijer from Sam’s club. Even gave them a few extra days to get it taken care of. Waited patiently in line for 25 min to pick up my script, only to be told there is no script, no record of me calling, and basically there was nothing she could do. You can’t trust places that drop the ball this way, especially when dealing with medication. Steer clear.
