Been driving at Matrix for over 4 years. The owners, dispatch and other office personnel that I've dealt with are definitely all TOP NOTCH! They have a true open door policy and really make you feel like part of the family. They just increased wages for all new and current drivers!! Companies like Matrix that value their employees are hard to find. I'm grateful to be driving for them and appreciate all the good they do for the community.

I’ve only been driving for Matrix since November. It is my first driving job. I didn’t expect to enjoy it so much. I team drive with my husband, who has been driving for Matrix for three years. Even before I began working for Matrix I appreciated the fact that my husband was always able to get time off when he needed it. We have daughters in the military and aren’t always given much notice when one is able to be home, Matrix is wonderful about letting us be home when we need to be. Matrix truly has a family atmosphere and lets you put family first.

Drove for them a few years ago nice people to drive for ended up leaving do to a employee I helped save his job but behind my back trying to get me fired didn't work but will be looking for a chance to drive for them again ud83dude09

I have been a Semi driver for Matrix for a little over 9 months now. Before this company I was an OTR driver, I also did some time on a dollar general account. I can honestly say that from my experience of being in this industry and how things operate we are bound to run into issues no matter what. What matters is how a company/ dispatch/ management will handle the situation to get the driver what he or she may need.nnMatrix has made it a priority to understand what is driver go through on the road. They know we are dealing with weather, other drivers, away from our families. This company has done nothing but improve my live for the better!nnFinancially, I did at first go down in pay to come to this company (only because of the amount of experience iv had prior to this company). In the last 9 month I have seen a jump in pay. Raises for drivers dedication. It is a an honor knowing this company recognizes us and understands what we have to sacrifice to make this job possible.nnI was awarded driver of the year for 2020! Which threw me for a loop because I didn’t even know I was a contender.nnWe have driver appreciation week (with Amazing burgers) and with fun thing all week for the drivers and office staff. They even offered for me to bring my family along. That was amazing!nnUltimately, no matter the few bad days I have because of a blown tire or because I may be held at a customer a little longer then planned. The GOOD days out weigh the bad. I am completely happy, humbled, and content right where I am at with the Matrix family.
