Probably would have been easier going directly to the store instead of reserving online. One guy at the counter (maybe owner?) Still checked in quicky and on the road. Saved us money by changing our drop off location to the same store. Great experience. Perfect for local moves. Better customer service than the customer service phone-line for corporate.
Excellent service here. I returned my uhaul truck here and had storage briefly, everyone here was nice and efficient. Special shout out to Barb who is incredible and went above and beyond to help me.
People and storage units are great. Online payment portal is trash.
