Ordered a swing set threw Home Depot so had no choice in shippers was supposed to be delivered the 1st, then the 6th, then was changed to the 9th and today we get a call it will not be delivered it was highly damaged at their facility..... this place is a joke

Flint, Mi terminal. I got a delivery window of 1-5pm. At 7pm I called because my delivery was still not here. They are large furniture items I had to have my husband take the day off of work to help me bring them inside. Never got put on a truck to be delivered and I was told that they don't know if there will be a truck in my area the next day to deliver it and I should call back in the morning. Completely unacceptable and I will be contacting the company that I purchased the furniture from to inform them of this screw up.nUpdate: though it was extremely inconvenient, and I had to can the manager when he got in at 2am to make sure my item got delivered. They did put it on a truck and it was delivered first thing the next day. The driver was very nice and drug a large pallet of stuff up my gravel driveway for me.

We have a long winding driveway in the middle of nowhere and many delivery services often refuse to deliver to us. We really appreciated that your driver today (Gordon Savage) was willing to back all the way up that long winding dirt driveway to deliver our big heavy freezer. And not only that, he went above and beyond by helping us get it to the walkout basement door and into the house. We’ve never had a better delivery and I hope you continue to serve our area!

They said Order will be delivered Monday(no show)nCall it will be at terminal in Flint tomorrow 8 amnI call at 7 am and they say they try get it off truck come 8:30 amnI go there 8:45, not ready. Sit in parking lot 2 hours. Still not ready
