The two gentlemen sent to perform the junk removal service were professional, friendly, and worked expeditiously in completing the job. There was only one issue with meeting the scheduled time frame provided due to another job took longer than anticipated as I was informed via phone call which I appreciated being notified. However, I will be using the company again for other services.
The crew that was supposed to move me was held up on another job. They quickly called in another crew who got there as soon as soon as possible. I appreciated the quick fix.
The crew we had was running behind due to inclement weather, but the main office notified us well in advance so that we could adjust our plans.nWhen the crew was 20 minutes out, they sent us a text so we were prepared when they arrived.nBoth the young men were polite and professional and worked quickly to get the tasks that we had for them completed.nWe were very happy with their service, and will certainly call them again if we have similar need in the future.
Was able to call and schedule a local move the day before we needed them. The two young men were on time and professional. They were able to get the truck loaded, make the 15-mile drive, and unload the truck in 2.5 hours.
