Craig and Josh did an exceptional job in making my uhaul experience a good one. I had some issues with reserving a uhaul, things got messed up and weren't set up correctly. Josh and Craig fixed everything for me and made right the wrongs.

Didn’t have an appliance dolly, had to have me go to Miller Rd. Made a long moving day more inconvenient.

Sloppy. Whoever answers the calls doesn't make an effort to hide their lack of dedication for customer service. In fact, I can't understand him as he mumbles and seems to be distracted/unaffected. Twice in a row I called to get quotes for shipping u-boxes and was put on hold, picked up and eventually hung up on. They're a joke.

Extremely nice and friendly. Stand behind their word. They did work on my trailer wiring under warranty. They even helped me to remove a trailer hitch ball.

Drove to Ortonville and back, and they charged us for 141 miles. Do not rent a truck from here. They will rip you off.
