I would give them zero star but that's not an option. Don't rent with them. I've been with them for 5 years. The previous owner was wonderful. Family owned business, but now out of state owner who steals from your account. Last two years has been hell. I have water damage andcthey wouldn't repair the roof leak. Triple charged my account. Although the girl tries to be helpful the owner who never calls back is always unavailable. Im going to have to sue to get my money back. I'm in process of moving to another company that has people on the property.
Who ever says that good ole fashioned work ethics and customer service skills are a thing of the past needs to come here. New management is great and location perfect, I highly recommend!
