My time at this library is always a pleasant one. The staff has taken extra precautions for prevention of covid spread. These include glass windows between patrons and staff, empty chairs and computers between patrons, I would imagine they have hand sanitizer but I have my own. I didn't notice. The tables were without spots, dirt and there was plenty of room for many more people to come on in!! ud83duddfdud83cudf1enThese additions are appreciated.nOne thing I would have liked to have a little bit different would be having the larger tables closer to the copy machine.nnOtherwise, my visit to Genesee County Library Headquarters was time well spent and productive.
The librarians and staff are very helpful, knowledgeable and professional.

Visiting the library located at 4195 Pasadena Ave. Flint MI 48504 on 2/18/20 before noon.While there I also bought movies. My money was snatched so hard from my hand by the man at the counter. I did not address this TheyI am now filing a complaint. They were rude spoke harshly. Talked negative about people as they went out the door. When people work in certain areas they can be rude to the population they are servicing. I would suggest customers be allowed to grade the service they receive at this location.
I love Pasadena avenue library the people there are always friendly and it's a very busy place so you have to get there early or maybe later before they close they've always got people putting away the videos that have come back so when you go in you are able to basically get what you need very friendly people the woman that mentioned how rude they were snatching money I think she was at a different library myself cuz that don't happen there she must been having a bad day.
