I initially had an outstanding review as my experience in December was terrific. That changed after they had my money, were going bankrupt and I did not receive my order.nnI have to believe they knew they would be going under very soon and to not be transparent about it while taking the customer's money is wrong on many levels.nnIt should not be my responsibility to fix their problem.nnBusiness 101: Take care of your customers.
This is the Old Art Van Store. This must be all of ArtnVan furniture. That they had left that did not sell. Art Van has always been expensive. You would think with loves going out of business. They would have more of a sales price on there stuff .
Was surprised how high the prices were for a place going out of business. Only good thing is you buy on the spot what is in the store and get the furniture right away. Didn't spend my money .
Way overpriced for the furniture we saw . We paid about onethird of their prices for better quality across town at Lapeer Furniture.
Purchased a 5 piece dining room set in November 2020. It was back ordered to December 22, 2020, then back ordered to January 19 2021. Then back ordered to April 7 2021. Now I find Loves Furniture went bankrupt. I called to cancel and I can't until they go to court. I probably will never see my $527.93 refund. Very unhappy
