Never shopped here before because of the location but decided I would give it a try due to having to print pictures out. I called before arriving because usually I have bad luck and I would of took a trip there and the machine would of been down. Spoke with Brice and he gave me phenomenal customer service. Went above and beyond to see if the machine was working. I do google reviews a lot and I do it so that others will be warned or the company can congratulate the good workers and I must say Brice definitely needs to be the employee of the month. Thanks again Brice for your help!

I called on Thursday and used their automated service to refill a prescription. Sent my mom to pick it up on Saturday and they refilled a completely different med that wasn’t due to be refilled. I was told by one of the pharmacists that either they were out of it or just forgot to order it. I take this med for seizures so hopefully they have it tomorrow. i know things are hectic for everybody during this time but you shouldn’t mess with somebody’s medication.

I pop into this Rite Aid all the time, mostly for beer. What keeps me coming back is it is very close to where I live. But even more so is the staff/cashiers. They are proficient and professional but very convivial at the same time. They deserve praise.
