Great experience! I took my mother and grandmother’s wedding rings in and had them repaired. They did a great job and they look better than I have ever seen them. I have worked with Lewis Jewelers for years and have always had a great experience. Very knowledgeable and very kind. Never pushy! Thanks again!
I needed my wife’s ring resized and they gave me numerous options on how to go about it. We chose what felt best for us and the original wait time,(10 days) which we were happy with, turned into a 24 hour turnaround. We were pleasantly surprised. The knowledge of the staff was comforting and the work done was top notch. I was really blown away with the customer service. I ended up leaving there with a set of diamond earrings for my wife to go with her ring and have them working on a custom necklace to surprise my wife with on our 6 month anniversary. They really made us feel like a priority and definitely looking forward to doing future business with them.
Scott was amazing! I had been looking for rings for a while one trip into the store he sat down with me showed me a bunch of different options explained to me what I should look for and was never once pushy. Just picked up my ring today and it's better than I could have imagined!
