Amazing place. Well worth stop. Great views. Fun to feed fish, has bathrooms. There are lots of trails to adventure on. Fun for the entire family.

They were closed, so our bad timing. The hiking trails, ponds, interpretive signage and viewing areas were really nice. The trails are not too long so younger kids and parents with strollers can enjoy it too.

No staff at visitors center. Hatchery operation closed with no closed signs at visitor center. So when you walk the trail for the half mile back just enjoy the walk. About what you can expect from Michigan Bureaucratic State.
