This is an amazing company. Very professional and the quality of workmanship is exceptional. The roof is absolutely beautiful and their professional expertise shows in the installation process. Everything is perfect. The staff cares about every aspect from tearing off and replacement of the roof. What an outstanding high-quality professional job. I’m very grateful to this company. Very professional sales staff. Tear down and roof replace in less than 2 days, and we have a very steep large roof. Minor gutter damage during install but they discount the price to cover the repairs. Also price beat our lowest bid. Helped walk through process with insurance.nnOnly cons, delivery of materials occurred unplanned. I think that was upstream from the roofers.

Horrible service. They're complete bullies. I told them to back off and let me think on what I wanted. I got nervous when I found out they really are stormchasers. They decided to deliver material and called me a couple hours later to say they would start in two days. Without my permission. NO. It's been nearly a week and I had to call the supplier myself to get the pickup arranged; they never did as they said. The sales guy crushed my prior undamaged gutter getting on my garage... terrible. Absolutely terrible.
Was disappointed in the end. Job took longer than expected which was fine, but materials were left behind for over a week. Jobsite wasn't cleaned up fully or properly. Took extra time to get a credit back for work not completed per the contract. I spent an excessive amount of time making calls to resolve issues instead of having a jobsite lead handle things. Never seen him till the end and then he just wanted my check. Salesperson Kyle was the only person who seemd to care about our project. Wouldnt recommend RRSA to anyone in the future.
