We've(girlfriend and i) have been in multiple times since they have opened, hands down they have the best customer service in the region. Their deals are THE BEST in the state, prices are amazing, multiple choices of products from many quality growers. If Philip is working or the gentleman with long hair you will never have any issues ever! Highly highly recommended happy Easter!!

The moment I walked in, I was greeted by a team member and asked for my I.D. After I was verified for being 21, I was allowed to the back and was overwhelmed with options. Jasmine, gladly helped me choose what would be best for me. We discussed what strains, difference in products, and even helped me pick flavors I actually liked. Overall I was pleased with the service, helpfulness of the staff, and will visit again. I did go to the Bay City location.

I didn't even know Fire Creek was in Battle Creek. I was going past and just dropped in.nnThere was a great variety of all products with a variety of prices.nnTerry helped me and worked really hard showing me everything and trying to get as many discounts and savings possible. I really appreciate his knowledge and help.nI recommend!
