Published on Facebook they were selling gazebos. I went to the store in Marshall and looked at one. Told them I wanted two. They were supposed to call me Sunday to pick them up but never heard from them. I shared there post on my page to try to help them spread the word (They said they have truck loads of them). I followed up called and even text multiple times (to the number they gave me) and it showed they read my texts but didn’t bother to respond. A friend of mine contacted them to buy one BECAUSE OF ME SHARING THER POST and they sold to her!! Yet still won’t return my calls. The best part is the gazebo is now sitting in the corner of their parking lot with the price sheet on it, as if they’re still selling them. However the business says temporarily closed. I’m not sure what we did to deserve that kind of treatment. We were kind, and respectful. We deserved an explanation or some kind of response. Not sure why they sold to others and not us. Very disappointing.

The customer service here is terrible. The selection they claim to have is poor in both quality and quantity. If you’re thinking of supporting this business, think again.

Very disappointed in the service we received at this business. Selection was ok but didn't nearly make up for the rude reception.

They tow everyone that parks in their lot that is not in the store shopping.. has nothing to do with race or anything else. They had been telling people for a year that they can't park there if they aren't shopping inside brown's home furnishing. Its a small parking lot and being they have rented the small building out the park is only half the size now. So they have added signs to tell you if you park there they will tow you. That applies to everyone not in the store but in the parking lot. This is not just in albion they also have them in marshall. Also seems like liz doesnt really like anything in albion. She has 1 star for a lot of albion businesses. Doesn't seems really helpful to a town that is trying to revive itself.
