AJ was amazing to work with. From start to finish, she had all the details covered. We have used Kiss Carpet in the past, and once again had a great experience!
I have never picked out carpet before. Cara Green answered all my questions, put up with indecisiveness and was extremely kind and professional. Keith and DJ, the installers, we amazing! They moved furniture, did a fantastic job on the carpeting and even helped me move a heavy exercise equipment into another room!nI highly recommend Kiss Carpet and I will definitely deal with them again if have any other carpet/flooring needs.
Cara Green was great to work with. Helped us pick out exactly what we needed. Gary our installer did an awesome job on both rooms. When the need comes for more carpet or flooring, we'll be getting a hold of Kiss Carpet in Mancelona.
Nice experience. All personel were knowledgeable and courteous. Asked questions to help us make a good decision. Prices reasonable. Would go back there for any of our flooring needs.
Buyer beware at the Mancelona Kiss carpet store..read the reviews and seems like this is not the first time this has happened,week before the install got a phone call 900.00 more was needed since sales gal failed to add the install fee to our bill...we received all our money back,needless to say we cancelled the order.Sales gal very apologetic....but we are done.
