I love how they are getting paid by taxpayers money but will only do part of their job duties. I went into today to get a marriage license. I found out I need to make an appointment. Of course, all of the appointment times are at hours that most people work. Their explanation for needing appointments is due to the amount of time it takes due to a processing change. At least with most services such as registering vehicles, trailers and etc. You have the option to complete the process online at any time of the day. It makes no sense to make someone have an appointment for service that can not be completed online and out of normal business hours.
