Sitting here at 2:00pm Friday afternoon. Tons of people are waiting...One lady is working at the last window and the other older lady is talking on the phone! I can’t believe how slow this place is. I think they need to hire some more staff or get their staff to do their jobs a little faster.
My last visit was quick while making sanford residents get plates here and 20+ people waiting and 2 windows open probably should get a plates line of making us do them there
Arrived at 8:10 am and walked out at 8:30 am after renewing an ID. I didn't see an option to book an appointment online so I was a walk-in. There were 3 open stalls and each station was cleaned between visitors. The staff was friendly and overall it was one of the most pleasant BMV experiences.nnThe physical space was outdated and a little snug, which is the only reason I took off a star. Even though they're following all the covid guidelines, if I went when it was busy I mighr've felt a little claustrophobic.
The workers were wonderful but please be patient they are doing the best they can
Covid 19 not a good place to be is waiting at an waiting on the phone with Augusta was disgraceful,at least the people were nice and respectful at the speingvale dmv
