These guys insisted on replacing the water meter they claimed was defective took a live reading 4 months prior to replacing the meter and the bill tripled the next billing cycle after it was replaced. Obviously I payed for the meter and the sewer bill also tripled. We're current collecting data and plan to share this data with state authorities. If you have had a similar experience please post.
