They literally changed my plan without informing me the differencenit went from 12 months to 10 months the plan completely changed what’s worse is they literally let me call In every month and just pay what I initially thought my bill was and then sent me a cancellation notice and then literally took zero responsibility I am completely done with these people

Christopher was available to talk, text, you name it, and even made himself available over the weekend since I was on a time crunch and had to get my insurance figured out very quickly. Used to be a great place to get commercial insurance. Broker really dropped the ball concerning my insurance coverage. In less then 2 years with no major accidents saw my policy more then double before being told that Progressive no longer will insure me because they dont want to take the extreme risk I suddenly became after getting a third vehicle. Mr. Langlais truely dropped the ball concerning me more then once. Not the only choice in town fortunately.
