This is a lovely store and museum. They have quality merchandise and a wonderful museum full of interesting artifacts. This is definitely worth a stop. I love the beautiful copper bracelet I purchased there today. They also have authentic moccasins, great books and beautiful slippers among other treasures.

Every time I go to camp in the carrabasset valley, I stop by nowetah’s. The energy of the store, and the grounds itself itself! This place is amazing inside and out!

Great collection of indigenous artifacts from North and South America. The owners are knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend going to learn and see items that are intricate and detailed.nSo happy I stopped by!

Very friendly and informative. Lots of artifacts and TONS of beautiful baskets. Also, there is a nice gift shop with good variety. Going to plan a second trip soon.

Fantastic, American Indian-owned collection and shop. Tom was affable, informative, and kind, keen to keep interest in Native art and culture alive. We stocked up early on Christmas presents and plan to come back for some wovens of our own.
