Michelle made sure that I understood the style I was choosing. Asked me questions about it. All in all she made sure it was great!! I loved it when she was done cutting and styling it!!
Would not recommend. Poor service times two. First Erin cut my 7 year old's hair all wrong, it was not even. Someone else had to fix her mistakes. Second, made an appt online and when we got there, the hair stylist wasn't even there that day. She did not even look at her schedule and know that she had appts booked. Very disappointed
Love this salon and Karen is the absolute best! I like the welcoming, relaxed environment and the great results I get every time.
