This garage continually screws me over. Abysmal greedy bloodsucking management. The booth attendants are actually great though which makes me sad that they have to work for such unrelenting idiots.
Awful service! I would suggest NEVER parking your car in one of their garages. They have policies posted in the entrance of there facilities that clearly outline when you can and can't access the garage, and that for a fee during off hours like Sunday before noon you can pay a $25 fee to access you car. MHR has no problem changing the policy but leaving the signs that misinform their customersnsaying you can get your car when in fact you can't, and instruct you to call a number where the manager BETH doesn't care that you're going to miss your best friends wedding because they are holding your car hostage and posted signs with incorrect information that you were dumb enough to believe.
Running a parking garage in the Old Port is a difficult business. I have been a customer of MHR for 5 years, and I accept MHR for what they are - a business, no more or less. They have always been professional in their business dealings with me.
