HORRIBLE! DO NOT PARK HERE. (I normally do not write reviews). First off, their website states that a 6pm close time for Sunday begins 7/30. We parked here on 6/23 and were LOCKED OUT from 6:15p to 8:00p. We were charged $40 (we parked 11:15a to 6:15p) with an EXTRA $20 on top of that! There was no signage stating the 6:00p Sunday close time (or if there was, it was NOT obvious) - if you’re a business and you close 5 or 6 hours EARLIER than your normal schedule, you would think you would make that OBVIOUS! There were about 20 other people that were also in line to GET OUT of this place from 6:15 to 8:00. The security officer we called at 6:15p said “30 minutes” and showed up at 8:00p, unapologetic, and charging an extra $20!!! This place stole a whopping $400 last night, if they overcharged everyone in that line. Absolutely insane.nI repeat: DO NOT PARK HERE.

I've parked here for work for nearly two years with no issues. It's busy at 8:30 and 5:00. Otherwise it's very quiet. My primary complaint would be people occasionally smoking in the garage. However, that's disrespectful behavior since the garage clearly posts no smoking signs on every floor. My other complaint is that they do not allow motorcycles—though public motorcycle parking is free for 10 hours.
