The same exact thing that happened to “Kathy” in this review section happened to me also. Appealed fine and was denied. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAM ARTISTS AND THIEVES, do yourself a favor and stay away !!!!!!

When I arrived to the lot, the parking attendant seemed friendly and eager to help. Upon going to the pay kiosk, I told him I needed to park at the lot until 10pm. He told me that they had an all-day fee of $36 and entered it into the machine for me. I noticed that the ticket that printed out to display on my dash said that it was good until 7:04pm. I expressed my concern over the display time to him and he reassured me that my ticket was good all day. Well, low and behold, he lied to me! I came back to a $30 parking ticket, despite him convincing me I was paid for for the day. Terrible. I will never park here again!
