Last Tuesday I found myself stuck in the garage with a dead battery. It was cold and I needed to find a way to get to my doctor’s appointment. I contacted Steve (Garage Attendant) by phone and although he was at another garage momentarily, he came over immediately and helped me get my car started. My hood also got stuck as we were finishing up and Steve knew exactly what to do to fix the worn cable using WD40 and pliers. Above and beyond customer service! Thanks so much Steve!
I park here for work. I think it's a dangerous garage. Not really wide enough for two way driving. Especially now with their silly renovation. Adding office space on Fore St. side. The owners are greedy and rotten. The management company is lazy. They kick people out whenever they want and don't care at all about the community .
Clean and safe place to park - we have a monthly spot and have found the office staff to be pleasant and easy to work with.
I got charged 35$ for one and a half hours!! I've tried calling them millions of times and no one has answered. They also have no other way of reaching them, and I don't live in that area so I can't go there. Not impressed at all!! ud83dude21
Never park here, waaaaay too expensive
