Got there early around 7:30 morning Lots of parking spot great walk great views lots of ppl walking dogs
I love this beach! But the down fall is that some dog owners are NOT picking up their dogs poop! It is gross. And quite frankly rude. If you can't be a responsible dog owner then you shouldn't own a dog..
This really is a nice local south Portland beach to walk along, let your dog run free and see people out enjoying themselves. It can be busy at times and there's limited parking, but if you are in the area and want to get shine fresh air, this is the place.
Absolutely a place to park. Direct access to beach via a short sidewalk.
The parking lot it always full during nice warm beach days. Try carpooling or getting there early. You may have to wait for a car to pull out during the height of the day, but the beach is well worth it. The lifeguards and snack bar owner are all super nice. A beautiful beach!!
