Terminex came to my house last Friday to spray for an obvious lady beetle infestation and probable nest. Their guy sprayed my room and the entire third floor windows. Even said we had a super clean attic. Later that day my lady beetle problem got worse and worse and now I can’t even live in my room for the time being, because there is such a problem. When we called them back, and they said they could come back the following Monday. Then for seemingly no reason at all they canceled. Beautiful day outside and they canceled. They said they would be back on Friday. Without looking at the weather. Now it is the next Friday and we have gotten rain/snow. They won’t come anymore because it is “wet” outside. And now I have to wait again until the following Monday. What kind of “essential” business does not take care of the problem, and creates more problems by never being able to show up. It’s springtime now and I shouldn’t have a massive nest of bugs in my bedroom where I have had to vacate. I shouldn’t have to vacate my room had they taken necessary precautions in the first place.

The Terminix guy that came to our house in Scarborough was great, he spray foamed as many entry points as he could find in our basement, sprayed a perimeter around our exterior and laid traps for mice and chipmunks that try to make our house their winter home. His work has been extremely effective, Ants and spiders have gone and the larger wildlife has been caught in traps every time they try to enter. The man was very nice answered my questions and even removed a huge wasps nest from the front of my house. Before we went with terminix we had a shady by night crew that stuffed copper in holes in the ground (tried to tell me that would stop critter getting in the house) and set a couple bait traps and charged us more than we paid for the terminix service - That was the verminator by the way. Steer clear of that guy and go with some pros like Terminix.
