Nice place for a short hike. Full loop is 2 miles. Mix of forest and meadow with little elevation change. Spring and summer bring flocks of songbirds. Birders and photographers love it here. Trails are open for cross country skiing and snowshoeing in winter. Popular for families and solo users.
Beautiful preserved land with nice trail system near a river. A place I will definitely visit more often.

Such a sweet, quiet, walkable retreat. Educational too and you can't beat free!
Lots of benches! Could of used another one over looking the basin near parking lot?beautiful view.
