The person attending the register for ticketing was very cordial. The film Godzilla vs. Kong was good. But that's where the good reviews end. At about 7:40 PM I came out to get something to drink and was told all the registers were closed. Then just before 9 PM the soda machines were turned off. I figure this lack of quality service is contributed to covid19 but I don't care what one attributes their actions to. Mediocre is mediocre!! And until I find businesses that strive to provide the best I'm going to report mediocre when I see it.

I love this place. It’s a perfect movie theater with great prices, food, and reclining seats and clean bathrooms. I would definitely recommend this place if your in the area!

First time here in years. Wow, what a great facility! I really enjoyed my time here and will come again.

Flagship in Freeport is a great, great place to take in a movie. The theaters are well-designed in terms of their respective sizes and capacities. They have a great balance of acoustics and soundproofing, and of course incredibly comfortable and roomy leather power recliners which all add tremendously to the movie-watching experience. It’s exactly what I want when I go to a theater.

Clean Beautiful Theater. Comfy seats.My fave theater. Seats recline and the screens are higher up so when reclined, it is very comfortable to watch. Staff always so nice.
