This company was very responsive to an unfortunate plowing situation and damaged mailboxes and handled our concerns super fast, professionally and completely. They took responsibility and ownership as a business and were very quick to resolve all concerns. This is a business I trust would do things honorably and with good faith, and I was very pleased with them all around.
Our landscape service were sold to Seabreeze by Goodall and there was zero communication about it from either party.nnWhen I followed up (at least 6 times) to get our fall cleanup done, I was told over and over again that I was on the schedule and it would happen by the office manager.nnGuess what? It didn’t happen.nnThey are overwhelmed, disorganized, disingenuous and they strung me along. If they were clear from the start that they could not fit me in, I would have been able to secure other services.nnI don’t usually write negative reviews or reviews at all but I am so mad at how this was handled, I’d like to scream it from the rooftops.
These guys are absolute pros. They communicate very well, work quickly and efficiently, and are perfectionists.
Very great technicians.
They'll mow dirt and plow when they don't need to and not be seen for big storms... Terrible.
